50 Fall Recipes We Can't Wait to Make Gallery

0 Ratings

As fall starts to approach, we patiently wait for the weather to cool down a bit, leaves to change beautiful colors, and football season to begin. Although this means that grilling season winds down for many of us, we start looking forward to heartier dishes that will keep us warm and cozy as the seasons change. While we say goodbye to timeless summer favorites like lobster rolls and gazpacho, we turn to oven-baked casserole, pot roast, and of course apple pie for comfort.

Fall is a magical time to spend at your local farmers markets. Corn, berries, and tomatoes are replaced with colorful root vegetables, tart cranberries, and sweet pears; and you can't help but want to get in the kitchen and bake. We have had our fix of ice cream over the summer and now gravitate towards more stick-to-your-ribs desserts like warm streusel, bread pudding, and crostatas.

Because of love for fall and the delicious foods that come with it, we have rounded up our all-time favorite dishes that we are excited to cook. From butternut squash soup to chicken pot pie and even pumpkin risotto, here are 50 fall recipes we can't wait to make.
